Turn Around Time

All pieces are made to order. I strive to have them made and shipped or ready for local pickup within 2 - 4 business days. However, during the busy season it may take longer. If you have a rush order, please reach out via email and I will try and accommodate, if at all possible.

Shipping

All items are shipped Canada Post with a tracking #. We can not be responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Returns

I take great care in handcrafting and packaging each item.

However if you are unsatisfied, I offer in store credit or exchange for 30 days on non customized orders.

You pay the return cost as well as the shipping for the exchanged item. Customized orders are final sale.

Insert Sizing for Pillows

I always suggest sizing up 1 - 2 sizes for your insert. This gives you the best shape for your pillow.

Should you choose a feather insert or a fiber fill insert? That depends on the look you want. I love using a feather insert in my square pillows that don’t have a lot of detail. Feather gives a softer look and allows you to have a “chopped look”, however a fiber fill, while being firmer shows off a detailed pillow better.
