Timeworn Cottage Decor

This large scalloped oval frame is one of those pieces that adds charming cottage character wherever it’s displayed. This DIY kit is designed to create a timeworn frame that can be used and enjoyed year after year.

The frame includes an interchangeable insert, allowing you to refresh the look with the seasons. Each insert can be used on both sides, giving you even more flexibility when creating, as long as the designs are flat. Additional inserts are available as an option if you’d like to create more seasonal designs.

You can choose to display the frame using an easel back to sit on a surface, or add a hanging back piece if you prefer to hang it on the wall.

Frame: 13 1/4 x 11 1/4"
Insert: 9 1/4 x 7 1/2"
**SIZES ARE APPROX**

Everything is laser-cut from 1/4 Baltic birch or PureBond Maple and unfinished. Charring is normal around the edges and will wipe off or be covered in paint/stain.

All you need to do is supply the creativity for the colours and paint to fit your own space!!

Ceramics & Glass - Top shelf, dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated. (some dishwashers get really hot and overtime fading could happen)

Signs & Wall Art - Dust or wipe lightly with a damp cloth.

Clothing - Wash on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Turn Around Time

All pieces are made to order. I strive to have them made and shipped or ready for local pickup within 2 - 4 business days. However, during the busy season it may take longer. If you have a rush order, please reach out via email and I will try and accommodate, if at all possible.

Shipping

All items are shipped Canada Post with a tracking #. We can not be responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Returns

I take great care in handcrafting and packaging each item.

However if you are unsatisfied, I offer in store credit or exchange for 30 days on non customized orders.

You pay the return cost as well as the shipping for the exchanged item. Customized orders are final sale.

Insert Sizing for Pillows

I always suggest sizing up 1 - 2 sizes for your insert. This gives you the best shape for your pillow.

Should you choose a feather insert or a fiber fill insert? That depends on the look you want. I love using a feather insert in my square pillows that don’t have a lot of detail. Feather gives a softer look and allows you to have a “chopped look”, however a fiber fill, while being firmer shows off a detailed pillow better.
